User Data Deletion Instructions
Saabq Chat respects your privacy. You can request deletion of the data we collected through our app or through Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp login and account connections at any time.
Data we may store
- Your name, email address and public account ID.
- Access tokens for connected pages and accounts.
- Conversations, messages and contacts received through connected channels.
Option 1: Remove the app from Facebook
- Open your Facebook account and go to "Settings & Privacy" then "Settings".
- Select "Apps and Websites".
- Find the "Saabq Chat" app and click "Remove".
- The app permissions are revoked immediately; then send us a deletion request (Option 2) to erase the data stored on our servers.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Send an email titled "Data Deletion Request" including your registered email address and the name of the connected page or account to:
sales@saabqchat.comIf you have a dashboard account, you can also delete connected channels (inboxes) from Settings, which removes their data and access tokens.
What happens next?
We will verify your identity, confirm receipt, and permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
